Tap Download, then open the file when it finishes (or find it in Downloads).
If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps (one time only).
Tap Update (or Install). An update keeps the tablet's pairing, settings and any sales not yet synced.
Open Stratum → Settings to confirm the version shows 1.104 (build 105).

Not sure which? On the till: Settings → System → About → System type says "64-bit" or "32-bit operating system".

Download the zip on the till (or copy it over on a flash disk).
Right-click it → Extract All.
In the extracted folder, right-click Install-Zukuka.ps1 → Run with PowerShell → Yes to the administrator prompt. It installs the app, adds shortcuts and can set up the receipt printer.
Open Zukuka POS and enter the business code and the 5-digit pairing code.
After that, the till updates itself: when a newer version is published it shows Update available - sales and tabs are kept.
